West Texas

I think the last time I posted anything I intended to write on a regular basis. Which didn't happen so much. Though I doubt the blog has any readers yet.

We have travelled to and from many a Texas Tech football game this season, and the last one is this Saturday. I've enjoyed watching most of them, even when we lost. Lubbock is about 5 1/2 hours from where we live, and man, that can be a hike.

Eventually I will get a camera, and post pictures. But until then you get plain text.

We've been married just about three months, of which I think we've spent three weekends to ourselves. So we've seen our family lots, which has been fun - I think we are definetly family kind of people. It's harder to fit our friends in.

Work on my end is good - a coworker left and it really changed our office dynamic. I do financial planning for dentists, physicians and some other self employed folks. Lots of accounting and investment work. Quite a bit of scanning and filing too.

My lovely wife works with kiddos - 2 year olds. I can't imagine doing that every day. Screaming, biting, pooping. Sure they say "I love you" and it lifts your mood, but you have to clean up after them.

Well soon I will facebook this blog - I wonder if there is a catchy phrase for doing that - faceblogging? Blogbooking? I'll go with blogbooking. Faceblogging seems wrong.

I went to the dentist and spent an insane amount of money on my teeth. They still hurt a little, especially when I lay down. That can't be good. And you'd think working with dentists would give me a price break or something. Nope. Only face pain.

facepaining? No - stick with blogbooking.

Well everyone enjoy your Thursday. We are off to Chucky Cheese and the Galleria. Sweaters & Pizza. Tomorrow off to Abiline and Saturday to Lubbock for some football. Sunday back to Dallas and Thursday to San Antonio.

Man, that's alot of driving.

Oh... we got a DS - which is totally cool. And I hope to get a game or two for trips. Any suggestions?

Remember - I'm taller than Dave.
